this place is amazing!! the food is top notch! the employees are always on top and the owners, Shelli and Matt are the kindest people you will ever meet. from hosting a FREE Thanksgiving dinner for the community to Christmas present for our local children, they are better people then most strive to be!
Maybe train the younger girl that was working tonight around 8:30 to be professional, not laugh at and mock customers to the point they leave without ordering anything. She refused to serve my nieces because they had to be there with an adult (my oldest niece IS an adult) and proceeded to laugh and make nasty comments as they were walking out the door. She needs to be trained again or find another job
I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. I’ll absolutely be back!
