They lowered the prices on the subs as well. Most importantly the service is outstanding, the employees show a sense of urgency, they get you in and they get you out quickly. “Normally love the deli and have never had a problem there, hence the 5 star review, but yesterday when we went in the workers were disrespectful the entire time then later when we opened up the two Rueben sandwiches we ordered they each barely had any corn beef, maybe one spoon of sauerkraut, and no sauce… honestly the whole thing was just disappointing especially since I’ve been going there since a kid. I’d give the whole thing a 1/5.“

“This Subway has quietly become one of my go-to lunch spots downtown. It’s within walking distance of work, which is clutch, and even though it gets absolutely slammed during the lunch rush, the workers are consistently friendly and keep things moving.

The staff always seem to have a good attitude, which honestly makes a difference when a place is packed. Ordering through the app makes it super convenient, and with all the promotions and Sub of the Day deals, it’s actually one of the more affordable lunch options around.

In a world where fast food can be hit or miss, this location still delivers. 2026 Subway still hits if you find a banger like this one.“

“We came to town to see a friend and grabbed lunch. Was delicious! Guy came from behind the counter to the table next to us and asked them if they needed anything. The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! Seriously the most friendly place I’ve been to in awhile. HIGHLY recommend, food is amazing.“

Now the service was Not the best, I decided to eat in the restaurant, it was only 7:15 pm and the one girl employee started spraying all the tables with cleaner around me in front of the one behind me and the ones next to me. So much spray I could almost taste It. Then she starts sweeping floor literally right next to me, Then she starts taking the rugs and shaking them out and at that point I said excuse me are you About to be closing or something cuz it was only 7:15 they closed at 10:00 p.m. so that was completely unnecessary to do all that was eating but regardless the food still amazing and I will come back I'll just get it to go next time“

Waffle fries AND cheese sauce and the buttered steak and cheese (i think thats what its called) is OMG DELICIOUS. “This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“Grabbed lunch today. This is the cleanest subway I've ever been to. The ladies were also very friendly. Food was very fresh. This was around 1230 pm, so it was fairly steady. Take care of the crew here. They are doing an amazing job. Other locations don't measure up to this one.“

“Im working on the side walks in front of the Natatorium. I've had the bowls as well as the pita's. Absolutely delicious. I love that i can add the veggies i like best and can switch them so it doesn't get boring. Have not tried the smoothies yet. I will report when I do. The young ladies at the counter as well are awesome. I've eaten here most every day and will continue until my job finishes for breakfast and lunch“

“We came here today for lunch. As we got here, we were instantly able to order our sandwiches. The ladies that took our order and made our sandwiches were extremely nice and our sandwiches were made quickly and efficiently. At checkout, we got 2 drinks as part of our meals. After that, I went to get my ice and noticed black specks in the cup in the ice. I then dumped out that cup and refilled with more ice and found more black specks in my ice. My party also got ice in their drink and also found black specks. We then went up to the counter to let them know what happened. They were extremely apologetic and kind and let us grab bottles of Soda from the vending machine. After that, 5 minutes later, we were eating our sandwiches (which were absolutely delicious and made with quality), we saw a woman, who we think was the manager, come over and instantly put the ice machine out of service and proceeded to start deep cleaning the machine from about when we started eating, to after when we left (at least 15 minutes later). I now love this Subway. The employees genuinely care about issues and concerns, the food was delicious, service was immaculate, and all the employees were working very hard. I will be back.“

“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“ordered here a few times and never had an issue. sometimes pickup sometimes delivery through door dash. this last time my order got delivered to the wrong house on a different street. called door dash and got redirected 3 times with no help. called the store and it was refunded and then i ordered again and it was quickly made for pickup. I believe Eric was the one that helped. means alot for good service and I really appreciated it.“

The quality and care to the food is also excellent. This is now my go to JJ. I’ve been to other locations and none are as good as this one!“

“A nice location that was recently redone on the inside, making it really nice compared to other restaurants around the area. Great sandwich offerings, though I wish more vegetarian options were available such as the veggie patty that some other random Subway locations seem to have. Items are fresh and prices are decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but it always has been professional.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. Possibly 20 spots or so total.“

“Pretty good Subway. Typical Subway food, but at least it seemed like there was decent meat and toppings on the footlong and they actually honor the app coupons. Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“

“Food was DELICIOUS! The Mr. had smothered turkey chops with rice and macaroni and cheese. I had fried wings, macaroni and cheese and sweet potatoes. We took home gizzards, soul rolls, and dressing. The only thing I was fond of was the dressing. Everything else was ON POINT! We will be back.“

“I look forward to coming into the store when I order a sandwich. Noah and Jackie are great. Very welcoming, fun spirited and kind people. Noah calls me by name when I come in which I think is a layer of service that is special. Seeing a group enjoy what they do and interacting with guests is awesome, something I wish we were better at in our own business! The addition of Cecelia is perfect. She fits right in and I love when she gives Noah a hard time! The culture they have created in the store is really cool! Kudos to your Fairlawn team! They are awesome and make lunchtime a little more special!“
