I really wish they would allow you to come in and place your order. Employees are lazy now and are still using COVID as an excuse to not allow you in, so they don't have to deal with the public. ? First of all, we didn't expect our order to cost MORE than a 'dine-in', FULL service, restaurant, where you could leave a tip for a job well done!? ?♀️ Second, it took WAY too long to fill our sandwich order, with just going through the "drive-up" window! (*= 20 min's to process 4 sandwiches?! ? Come on!? ?)

This Mr Hero is by far the best one! I’m embarrassed the amount of times I eat here! I order for my picky eater son and myself! They get it right every single time!
