Mr. Hero is a decent restaurant with varying experiences. The Arlington location is highly recommended, where the staff, including Miss Janet, provide great food and service, consistently getting orders right. However, some customers have had issues with rudeness and laziness at other locations, including being denied entry to place orders in person. Despite this, the food remains nostalgic and satisfying for some.
