Drive-through service is terrible waited 10 minutes at the window no one come to it left
This Wendy’s consistently has the worst drive-thru service out of all the locations in Akron. Unfortunately, we gave it another chance, and once again, we had a terrible experience.
The staff was rude while taking our order, and then they spilled my Sprite all over me and inside my car. We were told to pull forward and wait over 10 minutes, only to eventually be told that they were out of kids’ toys, so my child wouldn’t be receiving one.

Would’ve been 4 but yall seem to open when yall feel like it. It’s 6:03am and the store is not open nor a single car in the parking lot. Meaning no one is there to open. I’m a sucka for yall breakfast and I was trying to sneak me a meal before the kids got up. Can’t even do that. Watch I still be back in 15 to check. I’m hungry
