This Mr Hero is by far the best one! I’m embarrassed the amount of times I eat here! I order for my picky eater son and myself! They get it right every single time! Never had an issue Miss Janet is always working Along side a gentleman. I always see but I’m not sure of his name! Thankyou guys for great food and service!

The lady on the drive thru window yesterday for lunch was not very friendly during lunch rush . At least my food was good. Won't be back customer service is everything.
They can be kinda rude. Mind you I only go once or twice a year, ( soo maybe their more rude than I know???♀️ lol) when I wanna feed my food nostalgia. Food is still kinda
I really wish they would allow you to come in and place your order. Employees are lazy now and are still using COVID as an excuse to not allow you in, so they don't have to deal with the public. First of all, we didn't expect our order to cost MORE than a 'dine-in', FULL service, restaurant, where you could leave a tip for a job well done!? ?♀️ Second, it took WAY too long to fill our sandwich order, with just going through the "drive-up" window! (*= 20 min's to process 4 sandwiches?! ? Come on!? ?)
Seems their prices are continuing to go up and the food is getting smaller..
