I really wish they had regular mustard so I didn't have to use 3 of those little packets. Kinda hard to deduct for that though.“

“Got a Sub from this location many times. They haven't made any of my subs incorrectly yet. Did have a minor coupon problem the last time I was there. Asked the employee if i could get a certain sub with the coupon. He said yes but his computer said no. Manager worked it out in the end.“
“Probably the best subway I've been to. The lunch ladies are sweet and efficient. I was thing about doing the express thing but changed my mind when 3 ladies came in to pick up their sandwiches. They jumped in ahead of me and I had to wait for them to pay separately. I won't take advantage of this express ordering because I can't be that rude. Maybe you could add a prepay option like Panera and Chipotle.“

“I'd say over the last 6 months the quality of the food and the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Most certainly the new management has taken the responsibility of this place serious and you can tell with your friendly attitude. I for one like the pre-order my things so I try to order ahead and it's always ready on time and fresh and hot. Another important factor is a bathrooms are clean and so is the dining facility. Definitely a good spot to take your family too. Or border online to be delivered or pick up.“

“I hadn't been to Canton's DiBella's location for more than 3 years, due to leaving my job in the next-door building because of COVID.My brother asked me to go out for sandwiches ("I'll buy, you fly!") and he suggested DiBella's.(My brother and his wife used to drive more than one hour, one-way, from Louisville to Solon, Ohio just to get a DiBella's sub. Fortunately, "our" DiBella's -- opened after Solon's -- is only about 3 miles away.)My brother and I had BOTH forgotten the deliciousness of a DiBella's sub!And, my brother remarked, "I'd forgotten how BIG a large sub is!"DiBella's has the freshest, best sandwiches, period.DiBella's has, in my opinion, the best VALUE for the money, too!The staff is always great at the Canton store. “Haven't had a bad experience after a good handful of times ordering ahead. Their sandwiches are pretty darned good. I definitely do not put Jersey Mike's in the fast food category. More aligned with Subway, except at Jersey Mike's you get a nice amount of meat without having to pay for double-meat.“
