“I had a really great experience at Mr. Hero’s on 62! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good, but what stood out the most was the customer service. Rue was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience instead of just rushing through the interaction.
It’s always nice when you come into a restaurant and the person helping you has a positive attitude and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Rue definitely made my visit better, and I really appreciate the time and effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Mr. Hero’s, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!“

“The god father sub was the best sub I’ve ever ate in 36 years. Never heard of this place until I came to Canton. I ordered the 7 inch ate half of it because they load up the meats. Customer service was fabulous. 10/10“

“the two gentlemen working on September 8th at around 7:30 were doing a great job. They were very patient, kind and overall very professional. They deserve a raise. They had to deal with this gaggle of morons coming in there berating them and talking down to them. Bossing them around, snapping at them, just overall being super difficult. They kept their cool and were very polite regardless of the absolutely horrible treatment from the customers in front of me. Those two men are the backbone of this subway and they do not deserve to be treated that way. And my sandwich was delightful. Love those guys. I will probably never be back because I don’t live anywhere near Canton, but Godspeed.“

“Came in on Sunday afternoon and the guy who took our order was amazing, really made us feel welcome and introduced us to the kids meals .. the place was clean and the food was absolutely amazing.

“This was our first visit. My daughter loves subs and wanted to eat at Penn Station for her birthday. The food was excellent, and the staff was very patient with us fumbling through our order. Most of us got small subs, fries, and a drink, and it was more than enough to get full. (My husband got a large and couldn't finish it.). I would definitely recommend this place if you like subs!“

“I have been going to this place a couple of times now while being on my lunch break. I’m a courtesy clerk at Meijer #iwork4meijer and have been loving every moment working there. Speaking of loving every moment, I have had nothing but a positive experience! From the food, the atmosphere, the food, the polite employees who look happy to be there while welcoming you in and telling you to have a good day with faces that show they mean it. The app was easy and fast too. I had the Ultimate Italian sandwich in this photo and some sides (all delicious and delightful!)“

“Charlie's was clean and the atmosphere was what you would expect dining in. The food was tasty and a good value for the price. The restaurant was clean including the restrooms. The staff was very nice and professional. Good place to eat something different than burger and fries.“

“The young lady was by herself and handled a 5 sub, 2 sub, and my sub order as well as greeting every person that walked through the door in under 20 minutes... if even that. I don't know her name, but it was about 4:30 today. Whoever is in charge of this store, promote her!! She's a great asset!!“

“Update 3-23-22 perfect, order on time & there were 2 people working, everything was correct on order, everything looked well stocked. Also Walmart wasn't busy so that's probably best time to order there. Both people working were kind, I've always had good experiences here with kind people working.“
