“Cleanest Mr. Hero that I have been to. They brought my food to my table. Everyone seemed to love their job. The food was great! I had a chicken pita, and the husband had a roman burger. Both were better than many of the Mr. hero locations we have been to over the years. I don't think I'd choose another location at this time. This one is it.“

It's always consistent with the quality of the food. I get a Cheese steak with everything, fries, cookie and lemonade.
My only complaint is they took away the sliced lemons during COVID... It's now 2025 so I think you can bring those back guys!
The cookie is always delicious and the lemonade seems to be great no matter which location you try.
I've never had anything other than the Cheese steak with everything because it's so good I don't ever want to try anything else on the menu. I recommend this place if you want something that is beyond the typical burger joint! 👍“

It said they offer curbside pickup so you don’t have to get out of your car, just have to call when you arrive, so I did and the guy on the phone was so rude, huge manager finally brought my food out and I said “thank you, have a good one” and he just glared at me and walked away. Didn’t say a word.“

“Just tried this place today. Got a large original cheesesteak and large tots and it was AMAZING! Nestled in a plaza to the west of Belden Village Mall, this place is on point.

These are real Philly steaks, not some Charley's overpriced poboys masquerading as cheesesteak.

I got everything large including the tots (which are like fried potato cakes! Bruh...) and the entire thing only came out to 18 bucks. Try that at the copycat shops!

“I usually go to the subway on Market st. in Canton.The young man and also a woman who I'm guessing is the manager are great! They are quick , efficient( great at multi- tasking) and friendly. Never had a bad experience there. The spicy Italian is what I usually order and is always good.“

“I have mixed feelings about this location. Prior to today, Jimmy John’s on Tusc was my go to but after today I will find a different location. My order was delivered to the wrong home yesterday. Mind you I live on a dead end street with TWO houses and the house it was delivered to doesn’t even face my street (epic fail). I called the store and let them know that my neighbor down the street found my food on his porch. At first it seemed like the Manager was thinking “OH Good so you got your food so we are good.” Uuummm I don’t eat food that sat in the sun for an hour that had mayo vinegar and oil on it which also creates soggy bread…no thanks. So I asked what he was going to do to fix the mistake. Reluctantly he said I can get my order in the future since I then had something to do and couldn’t wait for my food to be delivered again. So I call today about getting my order and the Manager proceeds to make statements like “You won’t be able to request it being left on the porch and he could add me to a conversation with the owner.” All stuff he didn’t even have to say and at that point it felt like he was making it look like I was the one that did something wrong and not the employee that didn’t even deliver my food to the right STREET or house. Literally DO NOT care what the owner says and what changes he is making. So me being a Manager myself told him the changes he is speaking of are understood but making the customer that had her food delivered to the wrong street and home feel like a lair is not what’s up and definitely not a good look on the store. So I advised that they take the “leave on porch” option away to all customers. Thumbs down to the Manager for deflecting instead of taking accountability and apologizing for the mistake his employee made…zero customer service skills and I recommend more training. Jimmy John’s will keep my business ELSEWHERE.“
