Food was excellent. Fresh and clean store
I stop.in here every time I'm in the area Best food ever and Best customer service I have experienced in years! As a person whom once worked in customer service this is top notch!! Thank you see you all again
I had a really great experience at Mr. Hero’s on 62! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good, but what stood out the most was the customer service. Rue was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience instead of just rushing through the interaction.

Mr. Hero Maret Street offers a consistently great experience with excellent food. The food is always hot, delicious, and fresh, with specific mentions of the Waffle doodles. Orders are always 100% accurate and the food is consistently excellent. The small dining area inside is always clean. The staff are always so polite, nice, and helpful. A lady working the register is described as the most friendly and happy person, very pleasant and personable, with the biggest smile and the most upbeat attitude. Her kindness made someone's day. The staff are also very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and the value of coupons. This is one of the best Mr. Hero locations around, with great food all the time.
