asked for extra ranch and got no ranch at all, they also put my toasted and non toasted subs in the same bag, the bread was also old. now I have to buy ranch and wait even longer to eat bc they couldn’t of either 1. said they didn’t have any or 2. put it on there.
If I could give them 1 star I would. I went at 8:10pm and they were closed. It appeared that they had been closed for quite some time. Lights out and not a soul in site. The hours on google and the hours on the sign both said then close at 9:30. I’m a little annoyed I had to go completely out of my way across town to another subway that I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes to get my order taken.
I would skip this subway, fruit flies...when you ask for a refund, you will get told to call a number that rings to the exact store your at. No one will answer, then you'll call j and k corporate, deal with a rude customer service person.... 3 days later! Very rude and put a horrible taste towards subway... makes me miss blimpes...
