UPDATE: I visited again & noticed they aren't doing that anymore; thank you! You all do a great job & always appreciate the food & atmosphere! ? This is nothing against any one worker as they typically do a fantastic job, but I must say that it is UNSANITARY to allow a worker to work the cash register touching all of that & then wearing the same gloves, touching the food to help make sandwiches. I generally LOVE Jersey Mike's. This time I ordered a portobello and swiss sub with NO onions, and my son got a chicken bacon ranch sub. My sub had onions, after ordering it with none, and there were so many of them that they made up half the sub. My son's sub had no lettuce on it, although he didn't request that omission. I really love the sandwich it was huge and had plenty of meat. Which it should for the price. I wasn't happy with ordering from the online app. I thought the whole point of ordering online was so that your order would be ready when you get there. I ended up waiting at least an extra 10 minutes once I got there for my order. I could have just ordered it when I got there it would have taken the same amount of time.
