I really love the sandwich it was huge and had plenty of meat. Which it should for the price. I wasn't happy with ordering from the online app. I thought the whole point of ordering online was so that your order would be ready when you get there. I ended up waiting at least an extra 10 minutes once I got there for my order. I could have just ordered it when I got there it would have taken the same amount of time.

The subs aren't as good as the one in Belden Village. The philly sub was flavorless. One of the ladies making the sandwiches kept sniffling.I saw her wipe her nose with her backside of her gloves. She did change them but didn't wash her hands. They need to do better at this new location. The ladies were very friendly though.

UPDATE: I visited again & noticed they aren't doing that anymore; thank you! You all do a great job & always appreciate the food & atmosphere! ? This is nothing against any one worker as they typically do a fantastic job, but I must say that it is UNSANITARY to allow a worker to work the cash register touching all of that & then wearing the same gloves, touching the food to help make sandwiches. They should have one worker for the cash register ONLY & nothing else, or at least STRESS GREATLY the CHANGING OF GLOVES! Other than that, always great food & very nice workers.

I generally LOVE Jersey Mike's. This time I ordered a portobello and swiss sub with NO onions, and my son got a chicken bacon ranch sub. My sub had onions, after ordering it with none, and there were so many of them that they made up half the sub. My son's sub had no lettuce on it, although he didn't request that omission. These subs in total cost $35, and while I took most of the onions off my sub, I just couldn't eat most of it. Bad day? Maybe, but the bad day cost me $15 for a sub I couldn't eat. I'm disappointed.

Disappointed with experience after hearing such good reviews. Our first visit will also be our last. The woman behind the count said hi and then continued her conversation with her coworker. Both totally ignored us until I interrupted their conversation and asked where we needed to order, since it was our first visit there. Both copped an attitude that we were being an inconvenience to them and then preceded to take our order. They continued their personal conversation while preparing our food , never once interacting with us. Nice amount of meat on our sandwiches but the bread was tough to chew and flavorless. I’m disappointed this visit was such a bust.
I absolutely love this jersey Mike's location, they got very lucky with the crew they have. Great service and delicious food every time. The chipotle philly and sweet tea is my go to order, so good.

Love the new location! Couldn't be happier with our first experience here. The sub was great and I loved the convenience of the drive-thru for pick up. I just ordered on the app as usual and selected The new location as an option for pick up, where it now allows you to choose to also select the drive-thru window. Pick up time is usually about 15 minutes, but I even showed up 5 minutes early and they were just finishing it. The lady at the window was also very friendly. Make sure if you use their app, you sign up for the rewards as well. We've received quite a few free subs this way. Looking forward to many more visits!

Jersey Mike’s in Perry Twp., Canton, OhioWe ordered a bunch of subs for a boating trip. Ordered and paid for online, then picked up at the pickup window. Subs were really good!!! The BLT was my favorite but the Italian sub was really good too! Keep up the good work. :)
