Tiffany is always helpful and friendly and always offers good service.
I don’t go here very often, although, it’s the closest to me. But when I have they tend to mess up my order somehow. I ask for strawberry lemonade and get hi-C. I ask for jr frostys and when asked if I had a keychain, I said no and that I would pay for them. And it was like pulling teeth to get them to ring them up. I placed a double dash with this Wendys this afternoon. I had 2 different dashers telling me that my order was picked up from this location. I never received it. And the dasher - Monique cancelled the dash altogether. She was the dasher picking my orders up. When I called Wendys, a worker said that the manager handed my order to someone. I again never recieved this order. Needless to say doordash refunded me my whole amount for never receiving my food at Wendy's.
