Restaurant located off Tusc in Massillon, OH was clean in their dining room and exterior grounds. Food was hot and de-lish! The line to the counter was extensive, and the staff member was deluged with customers, but she kept her cool all the while. I would go to this particular Wendy's location again, happily!
Excellent service and very quick take out time. I believe the gentleman that rang us out was the manager; if so he sets a great example for their employees. The food was hot and fresh too!
