Mr. Zub's is our favorite neighborhood gathering place. Great corned beef, great beer. Join us
Stopped in after a long roadtrip in and needed some late night food. Subs we got were very good. But this place is a bar before it's a stop for food. Point being that they had our food done and nobody brought it to the pickup counter. After about 10 minutes I asked if that was mine on the kitchen counter and they said yes. Food is good but service is poor. Don't expect a quick bite.
Italian sub was delicious

Mr. Zub's Deli & Bar offers a welcoming atmosphere with a better bar experience compared to other local options. The restaurant provides a variety of options, including plenty of vegetarian choices like the grilled cheese. Many customers have praised the food, describing it as great and consistently delicious, with some calling it some of the best food they've ever had. The staff and management are friendly and attentive, often providing outstanding customer service even when small issues arise. The bar scene makes it a good spot to enjoy drinks or just focus on the food. Popular menu items include the corned beef and the Aunt Marie sandwich, as well as mini corn dogs. Customers from nearby areas have noted that the food arrives hot and delicious, and they plan to visit and order again. While the Friday pizza special can sometimes be inconsistent with the cheese, overall, Mr. Zub's offers a friendly environment with tasty food and good service.
