Normally the subs are great here. But today we got a bad one. My sub only had part of a have slice of tomato on it very few green peppers or onions. And the bread. was hard, like it was either stale or toasted. And I did not order it toasted. And the sub was dry.
And the sub, my wife got was just as bad
The manager that you have sunday night.Prepare my food and it was very, good.
I never have food that hot and fresh before.Thank you
Staff was busy and professional but yet manager still had time to make sure everything was right!!

Based on the reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks has mixed experiences. Service varies; some employees stay calm and friendly during backups, while others provide good customer service skills and greet customers. The food is sometimes prepared quickly and made to order. However, the atmosphere has very loud music, and some locations need to sweep and clean off tables. One location had only 2 employees working, causing a backup of orders.
