“Normally love the deli and have never had a problem there, hence the 5 star review, but yesterday when we went in the workers were disrespectful the entire time then later when we opened up the two Rueben sandwiches we ordered they each barely had any corn beef, maybe one spoon of sauerkraut, and no sauce… honestly the whole thing was just disappointing especially since I’ve been going there since a kid. I’d give the whole thing a 1/5.“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“We came to town to see a friend and grabbed lunch. Was delicious! Guy came from behind the counter to the table next to us and asked them if they needed anything. The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! “This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“Im working on the side walks in front of the Natatorium. I've had the bowls as well as the pita's. Absolutely delicious. I love that i can add the veggies i like best and can switch them so it doesn't get boring. Have not tried the smoothies yet. I will report when I do. The fries are fair fries and at 4$ for a small the portion is bigger than 2 McDonald's fries put together. Have never had a bad hoagie here. “Pretty good Subway. Typical Subway food, but at least it seemed like there was decent meat and toppings on the footlong and they actually honor the app coupons. Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“
