“I had a great experience at Mr. Hero. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving, but what really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to. “Normally love the deli and have never had a problem there, hence the 5 star review, but yesterday when we went in the workers were disrespectful the entire time then later when we opened up the two Rueben sandwiches we ordered they each barely had any corn beef, maybe one spoon of sauerkraut, and no sauce… honestly the whole thing was just disappointing especially since I’ve been going there since a kid. I’d give the whole thing a 1/5.“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“The food is absolutely amazing as always it's always so fresh and so hot literally steaming hot You could see the steam coming off the chicken teriyaki sub and the fresh cut fries!! I give the food a 10 out of 10 for sure! Now the service was Not the best, I decided to eat in the restaurant, it was only 7:15 pm and the one girl employee started spraying all the tables with cleaner around me in front of the one behind me and the ones next to me. So much spray I could almost taste It. Then she starts sweeping floor literally right next to me, Then she starts taking the rugs and shaking them out and at that point I said excuse me are you About to be closing or something cuz it was only 7:15 they closed at 10:00 p.m. so that was completely unnecessary to do all that was eating but regardless the food still amazing and I will come back I'll just get it to go next time“

The customer joked, “Another one to go for free!” and we laughed. Next thing you know, guy really came back with another fresh sandwich. The customer was with his girl and it was such a cool moment! “This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“Im working on the side walks in front of the Natatorium. I've had the bowls as well as the pita's. Absolutely delicious. I love that i can add the veggies i like best and can switch them so it doesn't get boring. Have not tried the smoothies yet. I will report when I do. The young ladies at the counter as well are awesome. I've eaten here most every day and will continue until my job finishes for breakfast and lunch“

“This subway is HANDS DOWN the greatest subway location I’ve ever been to. The staff there is beyond amazing! Sion and Jonathan always do their thing and are so welcoming, as well as the others. The staff overall makes me feel super welcomed and I enjoy coming in because no matter who’s behind the counter, they’re getting me right. They are all very attentive and super nice. They keep the place clean while also making you a killer sub. The ingredients here are truly “fresh” as advertised and this is my go-to spot for when i need food during my break at work. I come here at least 4 days a week for the past few months so if that doesn’t explain it idk what will. This location has yet to fail me and they continue to impress me and make my day each time I swing by. I don't understand people that order through an app if they plan on picking it up & then complaining that it was made wrong. I would rather watch my food be made to make sure it's right. The food was good & the location was updated & very clean. I miss the Chipotle Southwest sauce they used to have but the Baja Chipotle is close enough. Will definitely be back!“

Noah calls me by name when I come in which I think is a layer of service that is special. “Pretty good Subway. Typical Subway food, but at least it seemed like there was decent meat and toppings on the footlong and they actually honor the app coupons. Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“
