“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“I’m not gonna lie, This could be one of the cleanest Subway locations around. Every time I’m near my photo studio I stop here and grab a sandwich. It’s one of the few Subways I will still eat at. It’s always easy to get in and out quickly and the parking lot is convenient as well. I’m surprised more people aren’t at this location daily.“

Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“

“I’ve visited many Subway shops over the past 20 years & this location is consistently one of the best stores I’ve visited. Service, food and atmosphere is great. Sometimes restaurants are too cold, but very comfortable at this location. Also, there’s always plenty of seating & rarely much of any line to order your food. Service is fast. Also, unfortunately, at many Subway restaurants the veggies are pretty low quality & not fresh (brown lettuce). At this location, the veggies are always the freshest looking of most any Subway restaurants I’ve visited.“

She was also such a wonderfully nice person and when my kiddo didn't want to accept 'no' for a 2nd cookie since I didn'thabe enough cash, she offered to buy for him. So kind!! “First time having Subway in years. I checked other reviews first & decided to go inside to order. I don't understand people that order through an app if they plan on picking it up & then complaining that it was made wrong. I would rather watch my food be made to make sure it's right. The food was good & the location was updated & very clean. I miss the Chipotle Southwest sauce they used to have but the Baja Chipotle is close enough. Will definitely be back!“
