Cut and separated all the subs into 3rds, veggies in separate containers as it was for a New Years Party. Such a good job that I wanted to do this review. Perfect for the party.“
“Great sub sandwich. Tasted close to what I used to have in NJ but... please put oil and vinegar on the bread. Pouring it on the sandwich is not the same. I visited another location and was super happy they put the oil and vinegar on the sub bread. I thought this was a given? Is every store different with how they prepare? If so I will make sure to ask to have o&v put on bread. Almost perfect. Thanks.“
“Michael's is a great place to get a great lunch or meet with friends. I have never had sandwiches this good in my life. Their flatbreads are truly outstanding and my kids love them, but I have not had one. I generally try different items and they are equally outstanding. The Owner's Mike and Sami are great hosts and take pride in their creations. During Lent they have Lobster Rolls and if you like this type of sandwich, you will love theirs. Everything is fresh and prepared on site, even the salads are hand cut with nothing being bagged. If you want a treat, please treat yourself to Michael's.“
“Great food, wonderful friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I was so happy to see such a large amount of vegetarian options. My daughter has been vegetarian for over a year and finding places where she feels comfortable ordering from a menu is rare at least in our area. I can't wait to take her here! Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Selected the corned beef with The Summit, so good. Hubby had the French dip and he said it was great. Both of us had a bowl of soup. I ordered the chicken & rice and he had the matzo ball. We recommend all 4 options.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options. I counted 18 on the menu.“
“The Mr. Hero in Northfield always provides good food and good service. Very nice, friendly people and that has been true for the entire last twenty years. Over that time I've occasionally gone there for lunch and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Now, it's just fast food.. so have reasonable expectations on quality. They make it fresh when you order. So have a reasonable expectation on the time. The menu is pretty vast, but how can you not order a Roman burger or cheesesteak?“

“I adore the fact you can order a vegetarian sub here. There are a couple of options. I ordered the portobello and swiss. My sub was missing something. I think it needed some spices. Salt, pepper or a bit of steak sauce, something. This being my 1st time, hopefully I missed something on the menu to add some flavor. Bread was fresh, staff was friendly. They were super busy and it was nice to see a full staff here. There were at least 5 people behind the counter.“

“Ordered regular philly steak and fries. When i got home noticed i had received the wrong order. I was on my lunch break so couldn't go back. Tried calling, but their phone was out of service, so I filed a complaint with the company. The next day I went back. As soon as I walked in the staff immediately greated me, asked for my name and quickly apologized for messing up my order. They still had my order receipt from the previous day and just confirmed I wanted the same thing. They were so quick and polite to rectify their mistake. I would definitely recommend this location!“
“This place is very good. For those of you who have never stopped in, they freshly slice all the sandwich meat and cheese, made to order. And Mike's Way means an oil and vinegar blend, oregano seasonings, onions and tomatoes. My husband likes the #7, Turkey and Provolone, Mike's Way but no onion, add mayo and banana peppers. I rotate between a #7 mini and the #31 a California Chicken Cheese Steak, add side of Ranch. My husband d also likes the #13, Italian sub with all the premium meats. Be prepared to wait a bit longer for a cheesesteak/hot sandwich. They do not toast the sandwiches, it's New Jersey style after all, served with chips and in a skinny bag. ? oh, I've heard the pepper relish is good but I keep forgetting to try it!Vegetarian options: They make a veggie that comes with extra Provolone and any and all the veggies you want.“
“Went for lunch today with my mom. I know places are frequently understaffed and service is impacted. The guys working at this Penn Station were all going above and beyond to make our experience great. “Oh my gosh.... I've never received this kind of customer service ever before and especially at a Subway. My boyfriend and i came in today and Candice (Candace or Candyce maybe, sorry if I butchered her name!!) served us and she was seriously the sweetest woman ever !! She seemed to be the only one working the line (or working in general) yet it was kept clean and her customer service skills were amazing !! She went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were made correctly and neatly. I never do these reviews but this was the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while. Seriously blown away by her professionalism and treating us with respect which you don’t see in fast food nowadays. Seriously give this woman a raise !!“
“The staff was very kind. The food was great. We ate inside and the man who took our order said we might want to sit in the back since it gets cold when the door opens. That was very thoughtful of him. The seats and tables were clean. Will definitely go back.“
“This is my favorite location! The staff is hard working and despite it being busy at times, the cashier is always nice. Orders may take some time if they get a lot of orders but they never stop moving, always trying to get the food out as fast as they can. The customer before me was so rude but the cashier still managed a smile for me. Food is always spot on“

“First time trying cheesesteak and it was amazing. The cook - tim - was great. Made my food quickly. Greeted me as soon as i walked in and with a smile. Felt very welcome and appreciated as a customer. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Because it was my first time trying it he asked what I liked and made wonderful suggestions. He was super personable and made me laugh- important in the service industry where right now people are overworked/understaffed & come off as rude. Tom worked quickly and the sub was still top tier.
