“I hesitated at first to even go in because the line was long, but I wasn't in a rush. Having three people working the counter made such a difference compared to other stores where there have been only two people. Line moved quickly.
I usually get a 6" veggie delight, and she made my sandwich as requested. If I said I wanted extra items, she did just that and didn't tell me it's more difficult to wrap up if there's too much. It's vegetables... One of the servers even broke/crushed some of the veggies, which probably made it easier to package, but I feel it also released more flavor. So I guess I made the right decision to go inside?“

“The soups are my favorite. The poblano is the best! Any and all subs are good but ask for them on a wrap! Mmmmm! They also do amazing catering! Sam puts her heart into it!“

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking very near the entrance. Easy to traverse for person with cane.“

“2nd time here. 1st round, ordered God Father, AMAZING sub! Fella taking the order wasn't especially helpful, I let him know it was my first time there, so I didn't know the menu very well. Luckily a wonderful lady stepped up, and said something when she overheard. She was super kind and helpful. They always seem to be very accommodating to customers from what I have seen.

FYI* I get my sandwiches fairly plain, aside from signature oil, spinach leaves, but they will Load up toppings if u ask!

2nd order, I just ordered online to make it seamless, and it was. Staff was very kind, helpful and accomodating. Rest rooms were clean, tables clean, and clean work stations. They get an A+ from me. “Great sub sandwich. Tasted close to what I used to have in NJ but... please put oil and vinegar on the bread. Pouring it on the sandwich is not the same. I visited another location and was super happy they put the oil and vinegar on the sub bread. I thought this was a given? Is every store different with how they prepare? If so I will make sure to ask to have o&v put on bread. Almost perfect. Thanks.“

Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian but looking at all the ingredients, lots of options.

“Did a large order (8 subs) for a party. The girls (Maddie and Aubrey I believe were their names) did an excellent job with the abnormally large order. Cut and separated all the subs into 3rds, veggies in separate containers as it was for a New Years Party. Such a good job that I wanted to do this review. Perfect for the party.“

“Best cheesesteaks in NE Ohio, hands down! We drove over an hour after seeing them on Fox 8, was worth every minute of the drive. Friendly staff, fast service, and the food was 10/10 amazing! Will definitely go again next time we’re in the area, thank you!!“

“Pretty lame service. People ordering after me got their food before me, so that didn't make sense. Definitely won't be back to this one. Updated: this location has actually been better recently. Still gets busy, but it seems like it's managed a lot better than before. Been here a few times and my order has been ready at the time they say it will. I just order via the app because the line inside can get long.“
