“I always give a place 5 stars if the person behind the counter is nice and goes above and beyond what’s expected. Michael is incredible. She made me a custom coffee that I have to say was way beyond delicious. She has what is missing in many of today’s service oriented businesses. She has kindness. “Was looking for something different to do for my friend's birthday and was suggested Crumble cookie. I stopped in in the morning and there was a nice lady there there to help me. I explained to her that I had never been in before and she was as polite and patient with me. She explained everything on how I could purchase the cookies, what kind of flavors. She was very thorough and kind. She even was nice enough to put a birthday sticker on the box. My friend was excited and she responded back to me that the cookies were delicious. Next time I stop in I'll have to get some to try for myself.“

I order from here way too often. I really love the five layer gelati, it’s the perfect balance of custard and Italian ice. They rotate their flavors pretty much daily, so I’ll buy a couple extra to put in my freezer when they have an unusual favorite ice flavor of mine. I like root beer the best, it’s like the best root beer float you’ve ever had!

All the people working there are all very nice and it is a professionally run establishment. The parking lot is tight, so if you have a large vehicle, you might want to park at the bank if it’s after banking hours. There is also an access road to get you to either SR14 or SR43.

“Dq was at a local school handing out free ice cream sandwiches to the community at basketball game. Nice gesture UNTIL I heard how I would assume the owner(Randy) of that DQ was speaking to a 7yr old. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the age of the child in the manor he handled a situation. The young child's parents and grandparents were near and readily available in any way if needed. Disappointed to see this behavior from a business (a grown adult) that I would hope had good intentions. 🤷‍♀️“

“I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I've been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.

They don't review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there's no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they're always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.“
