“I love Handle’s. I order it more than I should, but today was different. As someone with a peanut allergy, you frequently get overlooked or simply turned away for fear of cross contamination. I was served by Andy today. I asked if the peanut butter ice cream I was ordering be placed in a separate bag so I didn’t touch it. I watched him scoop the ice cream and then set it down to go wash his hands before he proceeded any further. That alone was beyond considerate to me. But then he went as far as double bagging the peanut butter so I wouldn’t come in contact with it. The food industry needs more people with Andy’s kindness. Thank you Andy for going above and beyond for me.“
“I meant to upload this in October when it happened but I just got busy. I called to get a standard unicorn ice cream cake last minute for my daughters birthday party -placed my order and went about my day.Her dad went behind my back and got the exact same cake- same flavors and all. I called back and asked if they could change it up a little bit. Maybe make it rainbow- I said that I didn’t care how it changed the cake price I just wanted her to have one that was uniquely from me. When I tell you this store and the young lady who made this cake went above and beyond I mean it. I have gotten cakes in Florida at high end bakery’s that had month long waiting lists and this is the most beautiful cake I have ever purchased. My daughter was thrilled- literally laughed when she saw it. I have never in my life had someone “understand the assignment” quite like the team at this store when I asked if they could change up the unicorn cake to something rainbow and beautiful for a three year olds birthday. I am so thankful for this custom cake. Truly. It made the party and her day.“
“This renovated location is laid out nice and spacious inside. The workers are friendly and fast. Food is good.Parking: There are a lot more parking spaces since the remodel.Wheelchair accessibility: Transition from the parking lot to inside appears pretty smooth.“
“The cookies are definitely sized to share and some flavors better than others , however the service is always on point . You can order quickly yourself at the kiosk and check out is fast and easy . Even if there's a line it moves quick. The staff always seems nice and it's clean in the store .“
“Edit:Decided to stop by - food quality is still the same as my last review which is good. Food is freshly made, queso has a little kick to it and is excellent, quesadillas are delicious and full of steak. They even have their own homemade chips now. I got this to go and they really hooked me up with some extra chips and salsa too. This place is great.Some of the best and most authentic Mexican food I've ever had.I don't think their chips are homemade, but everything else definitely is. I had their quesadilla and it was loaded with steak and cheese, and was very flavorful, well seasoned. Cheese dip is pretty good too. Definitely need to come back to try some of the other things on their menu.“
“Skoops in Barberton is by far my favorite ice cream shop. They have a large menu and always have new flavors to try. The homemade GF, DF options vary. They always have vanilla bean, and it's amazing. They also have different GF, DF flavors weekly. My husband loves the frosted yellow cake in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. It has chucks of cake and chocolate. It's not GF, DF. I ordered a scoop of soft serve cake batter and a scoop of fudgesicle. “This place has been around since i was a child and im in my 60s its always had soft serve custard. People shouldnt expect nothing more. The flavors they come up with are ok for some.but the banana,blk raspberry,choc almond, and a few other flavors they are known for and they are yummy........ so if you know about stricklands than you know wht to expect... clean very friendly great custard and cool airplanes coming and going ...enjoy your summer“
“12/17/2023Let me start off by acknowledging Jewels & Isaac for their fantastic welcoming into Pavs! Their bright & jovial demeanor set the tone for my first time there ( Live in Atl) I was given the full run down on how many flavors I could sample ( pretty much all) and how they had a " flight" of ice cream of any flavor on the menu .I was pretty much sold. I enjoyed their conversation and pleasant attitude ☺️.. I'll Definitely return when back in Ohio“
