“Was looking for something different to do for my friend's birthday and was suggested Crumble cookie. I stopped in in the morning and there was a nice lady there there to help me. I explained to her that I had never been in before and she was as polite and patient with me. She explained everything on how I could purchase the cookies, what kind of flavors. She was very thorough and kind. She even was nice enough to put a birthday sticker on the box. My friend was excited and she responded back to me that the cookies were delicious. Next time I stop in I'll have to get some to try for myself.“

“Pretty cool little place. Offering some different types of ice cream flavors like chocolate milk and cookies, strawberry and rhubarb, blue berry pop tart.
Prices were pretty good also compared to what I thought they might be for being downtown. Small cone was 4.75 which most places are up to 5 bucks now for a small cone. Their small was nice sized. Not like some of these places that give you the smallest scoop ever.“

“The ice cream is excellent and service is as well. But what really stands out was the kindness from the employee who was working wednesday afternoon. I took 3 of my grandsons for ice cream after school and after getting their stuff and returning to our van,one of them tripped and lost their entire bowl upside down on the concrete. I went back up to purchase another but was told not to worry about paying for it.They would replace it .Now that was awesome!“

“This place never, ever fails to have the best service. They have amassed a great team there of incredibly polite, quick and helpful individuals.
The ice cream is great DQ ice cream (even have dairy free options), but the people make the location.“

“Ordered cookies via DoorDash and the updates never updated. Called the store (as that’s what DoorDash instructed) and long story short, the dasher took my order. She remade it and when I got the order, she had added cookies for the inconvenience and bc they were out of one flavor I had ordered.
So whoever was working closing shift the night of August 29, you’re the best and I hope your coffee tastes amazing tomorrow!

“NGL, their GM was killing it. She was leading her team to success as they were falling behind. We got our order timely, it was tasty, crispy & I loved her energy 😂 I love that they keep those sauces out on deck but the restaurant is a little dirty but they were busy. Can’t have it all.“

“We absolutely love Katie's Korner ! It is our favorite stop every single weekend with our daughter 🤗 She is 3 and has been coming here since she could eat ice cream 🤣😁The girls are always wonderful with her 🥺We highly recommend Katie's Korner ! We are so sad every year when they close but look forward to their opening day in spring 🤗❤️“
