Prices are so high!! All of their competitors are $1.50 - $3 cheaper per item. That adds up when you are buying for the whole family or whole baseball team. The biggest problem I have is the flimsy spoon they provide you to eat their hard hand dipped ice cream with. If I am paying top dollar for ice cream, I feel like I should at least be given a spoon that doesn't bend.
