Found a hair in my fries. Called and the person was very nice but they need to wear hair nets. Offered a refund but I have to take them back and I am at work. Not gonna happen
The employees I interacted with at the counter were very friendly!
Everybody who worked there seemed as if they hated their life and didn't mind sharing their opinions and making their stress evident. If you're having a bad day, you need to leave that stuff at home before you come to work. Period.
