Very easy to order and the burger was very fresh
This store is constantly understaffed! The supervisors and managers are teally nice, but some of the staff could let you know that whatever you're ordering is the same as something else, 2 or 3 bucks cheaper. Instead they went asked someone else and didnt notify the customer. The food is OK most of the time, but we have been in there waiting & watching everyone else complain about not being right. We keep it simple for this reason. The floor, counter & kiosk always seem dirty.
Got the food, noticed some issues with the lack of fries, and one burger wasnt made properly. Called, manager apologized and offered to mail us a gift card for our troubles. We thanked him and accepted. Over month later, still no card in the mail.
