“I came for the pizza and left with pizza and a dozen and a half of donuts. My friend and I were not gonna walk in but we were waiting for the pizza. Glad we did, these are some of the best donuts ever! Like I said I got a dozen and a half and every donut I have eaten has been fantastic! I am not one for the jelly filled donuts but these ones hit the spot and that blueberry donut, make sure you get one of those. The coffee is also very good, much better than your standard sb or Dunkin.I got taro milk tea with boba, 50% sweetness, which was the perfect amount of sweetness and an iced caramel macchiato. “We've been ordering Caruso Coffee wholesale for a few years now. The sales staff is always very helpful to give suggestions on coffee that matches our needs or familiar flavor profiles. Our favorite is Café Italiano for Espresso and Hylander Grogg for our drip machine or pour-overs. We've also tried smaller batches of Ethiopian Yirgaheffe and Jamaican Blue Mountain. All varieties we've had are fantastic.“

These two definitely went above and beyond with their service. I was so pleased I asked where their tip jar was. Their reply was “we don’t have one”. I told them I wanted to leave them a tip to which they replied “we aren’t allowed to accept tips”.So unusual in this day and age where most places prominently display a tip jar at the register. And many credit card machines try to coerce you into tipping.While the Akron Krispy Kreme is closer to me I drive out of my way to come here. This place is so much cleaner & inviting. He said that it was less than good. We were traveling so opted to not return to the location to have it remade. I ordered a Chestnut Praline Latte with Oat Milk. It wasn’t bad.“

“I went through the drive through yesterday after getting the absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever had at the salon down the road. Starbucks makes me happy so I figured I would treat myself. The young lady at the window asked me how I was when I pulled up to pay for my items and I basically bursted into tears that I had been trying to hold back about the haircut. She was SOOOOoo freaking sweet that it turned my day around (as much as possible with this new “mom bob” I have )and gave me my drink to me on them. I wish I would’ve caught her name to recognize her personally, but I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness, it won’t be forgotten and had a positive impact on me. I knew getting Starbucks would help make me feel better !! :)“
