“Cute little ice cream shop. They have a lot of seating inside and also outside seating, as well as a drive through. There's ice cream birthday cakes and packaged ice cream to take home. Nice place for an ice cream break in summer or winter time well, any season actually.“

“The coffee was phenomenal. There were almost 40 cars in line and I didn’t care. I’m an out of towner staying at the Hampton next door. I had a coffee on the way into town. It was the best I’ve had traveling in a long time. So I used it as a motivator to hit the road on roll our day. Did not disappoint. Line moves super fast. The staff are kind, younger folk.“

“This place is the best! Their staff is quick and friendly. The pastries are to die for, so is the breakfast sandwich! You can only get the sandwich until 11 on weekdays and 12 on weekends. The danishes and brownies are my favorite. The good pastries are always sold out by the afternoon so go early! I love love love their seasonal drinks! Love this place!!!“

“I'm obsessed. I have celiac disease and not only do they have delicious gluten free bread, they have an area to prepare food for people who have celiac. They make sure to ask me every single time I order something that needs gluten free bread if I have celiac. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. “My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

“Great atmosphere, good quality coffee, and solid service. Whenever I visit my doctor, I swing by here for a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'll spend an hour just reading and sipping my cup-o-joe.

I know my doctor doesn't like me adding sugar, but this is how I stay sweet. 🤣😂

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“The BW location is a hidden gem for Starbucks fanatics on the west side! Early morning, there is ample parking out front for quick grab-and-go, and drinks are always made quickly. Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“

This place is a gem! Plenty of seating, warm and cozy, and had a fully stocked bar. They also had pastries (the cookie was good!) I’m excited to come back here during the day- could be a great spot for remote work days.“

“I go here every morning and the service is fast and friendly at the drive thru. I have the gold car on my app so it is easy to load every month order ahead and pick up quickly . They are very organized at this location in Middleburg Heighrs and always offer the newest product when ordering. They have excellent visial signage at drive thru for current offerings and the ancillary retail merchandise wall is always full and inviting. Nice outdoor patio with comfortable seating options to make you feel like you are sipping your coffee in your back yard“

“This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“

“I have been drinking a blend of Caruso’s coffee at my local coffee shop for quite some time, and wanted to enjoy it at home too. About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last! Keep up the excellent work, in both your coffee, and your customer service! Thank you Caruso’s! 💕“
