“I go here everyday. The coffee is amazing. Unfortunately the prices keep going up. I was paying $7.35 and now it's $9.00. I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect, but they happily replace it. The staff is very friendly. Especially Andreja and Victoria!!! Those 2 ladies make my day every time I visit. “I was in the area because I had to take my pet to the local animal hospital. I decided to stop here for food and coffee because they were the closest.

I walked in and the environment was welcoming and the staff were very friendly. I ordered a breakfast sandwhich on a croissant, a key lime bar and a cinnamon roll iced latte.

The breakfast sandwhich was delicious and the croissant it was on was baked beautifully. My cinnamon roll iced latte was perfect, not too sweet and a good quality coffee flavor. I haven’t tried my key lime bar yet but I’m sure that’s going to be delicious like everything else.

If I’m ever in the area again this would be my first pick for coffee/breakfast.

“The Grounded Bean is my husband and I’s go-to coffee spot! They have delicious coffee (not to mention the fun seasonal specials), the best build-your-own bagel sandwiches, and the sweetest treats to top it all off. It’s our favorite little shop that we love big time! 🤍“

“I've asked for advice a couple times while crafting my drink, and this time (I wish I'd caught their name) the barista gave me SUCH thorough & helpful recommendations, and I ended up with my favourite Cool Beans beverage I've had in over a decade of dining with them, alongside the Medina location. I absolutely loved both workers' energy & time to help me with my order, they sincerely made my day. I'd post a picture of the drink, but it didn't even make it all the way back home before I drank the entire thing. I will definitely be ordering from here many more times again! “My husband and I stopped by the Nervous Dog Coffee Bar for the first time today and we really like this place my Chai was great and his French coffee was perfect, we split a raspberry pastry which was also good. The prices are good better than other places we have been.“

“I love seven brew. I love them even more now. Went to my local seven brew and explained that I love their energy drinks however I find them to come off too strong and pungent. But the employee i spoke to said I can either make it more sweeter or make it sugar free. I ended up making it more sweeter and man am I in heaven. “I loved this cafe! As a self proclaimed cafe connoisseur, this is by far one of my favourite upon my travels. We ordered the Rik iced, the Kristy hot, a pistachio muffin, and chocolate chip bagel. Holy moly. It was all delicious. If you’re looking for a sign, this it is!“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

Mingling with the sleepy college folk when I'm 2 hours into my day and commuting for my corporate gig is an added amusement!“

About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last! “This local coffee shop is a wonderful place to visit. The owner is friendly and really cares about the people who come in. There are plenty of tables and strong internet if you want to work, or you can meet friends for coffee and some food. If you like the fancy coffee drinks, they have plenty of those, but their daily brew is absolutely delicious. Smooth, flavorful and not acidic. Don't stop there because their breakfast sandwich will blow you away. I stopped in for coffee and wanted to grab a bite before starting my day. I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel and totally loved it. The bagel was lightly toasted and the egg was fluffy and scrumptious between melty cheese!
If you're in later or need a fix for a sweet tooth, their cakes and cheesecakes are out of this world. You won't be disappointed!“
