“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“I absolutely LOVED my visit to the 27th coffee club! I went on my 27th birthday this year and it was the best experience! I am a HUGE Machine Gun Kelly fan so being able to visit because of that was so exciting. I tried the lithium lemonade and it was top tier! I also got a pink iced coffee which was amazing. The barista that took care of us took the time to give us her recommended options since we were from out of town and she was so friendly and nice. When they found out it was my birthday I also got a free surprise drink which I was not expecting. The atmosphere was so calm and chill and it is a great place to visit!“

“I sit in a lot of coffee shops, just the nature of working from a laptop and loving coffee.This place is a unique experience. I know a few roasters in town and for them it’s a business and they work hard at it, but for for this place it’s a passion and I think it shows in the coffee, the care, and attention to detail.If you’re looking for Starbucks or flavored drinks don’t bother. This coffee isn’t filled with sugar and syrups. In fact I don’t think that they provide sugar. I’d compare it to a wine bar. I’m not sure if they do a flight but I would definitely try it if there was.At first I found the service a bit dry and distracted. But after going here for a while I think the vibe is just go with the flow. Do you want to be left alone? CoolDo you want to talk shop about coffee? That’s cool too. There isn’t an overly saccharine manner coming from the baristas. They aren’t trying to “make a sale”which I like.There’s a neighborly atmosphere here. Regulars coming by and checking in. The espresso machine (a little beauty for espresso machine afficionados?) was down for repairs, but my wife and I pivoted easily to an iced coffee for her and an iced cold brew for me. Both were flavorful and strong, and the rest of the drink options were very intriguing for a future visit if we get in the area again. The interior itself has great and comfortable vibes, and you definitely get the feeling this a little gem for the area community. And the staff was friendly and talkative, so it had basically everything you'd want in a good coffee shop.“

The dessert was delicious and the customer service was great! The only negative for me is the parking. Unfortunately there is no parking lot for this business, only street parking which is not the most convenient depending on the time of day.“

“I love this place! I have been getting into tea recently and this place has anything a tea enjoyer could hope for. Plenty of delicious blends, tea equipment, mugs and so forth. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions about what is in a particular blend. The bags themselves also have recommended temperatures and steep times depending on the tea you buy. They offer discounts if you buy in bulk and have a section of discounted teas as well. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go if you're looking to buy things regarding tea and I strongly recommend it!“

Duck-rabbit’s light menu selection allows them to focus on delivering the highest quality beans with detailed origin information and flavor profiles. They moved the cafe location quite a few months ago and their new speciality coffee line is amazing. Additionally, the most recent coffee beans purchased from them in April 2022—Inmaculada Sudan Rume, Colombia—tasted divine! The industrial aesthetic makes it convenient to stop in a rush or to stay around awhile. This place will forever be one of my favorites. I am a vegan chef of sorts so the dessert pictured is made with duck-rabbit espresso beans.“

You are expected to clean up your table and take the dishes to a cart when you're done. Oh, and don't forget you will get an attitude if you ask to get the table whipped down while they expect a tip. Coffee alone is a strong flavor, so it stands to reason that strong flavors like black pepper and a good olive oil would work with it. The basil syrup is a nice sweet note, a little subtle for my taste, but we’re here to be bold, and this adventure is worth taking. The croissant, so perfectly buttery and crispy all at once is heaven paired with a pistachio butter and marmalade; a worthy accompaniment to that singular coffee.“
