“Just went through the drive thru, there was a woman with glasses who served me and let me tell you I wish I had gotten her name. She was the kindest person I’ve came across in a while, I haven’t stopped smiling since I drove off. The way you treat people truly matters I would go here every day if I got her. And if you know who I’m talking about give that woman a raise!! She was amazing thank you so much she made my entire day it took me forever to decide to get off my couch and I’m so glad I did also my coffee tastes great :) no complaints here. Thank you!“

“We went specifically looking for books. We were a little disappointed in the thinner than expected selection. That said, they have a nice vibe, with the coffee shop and bookstore complimenting each other well. There are some fair deals to be had as well.“

“All varieties of tea paraphernalia - pots, cups, loose tea brewers, etc. All the teas available were in small, well-organized containers to smell. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.“

I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“Just a bunch of kind youngsters slinging drinks I love this place because there are endless options to get something you enjoy. I don’t really care for the giant muffin tops and sometimes wish that there’d be more food/snack options. Lastly, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WEATHER PROTECTING UNIFORMS. It is so so upsetting to see them in the bad weather all cold and wet. That’s definitely something that stops me from coming on a bad day I just feel so bad for them. That’s the only improvement I’d like to see.“
