Based on the reviews, Horizontal Coffee & Books offers amazing coffee, including a good quality mocha, a really good pour-over, and Gingerbread Lattes. The home made syrups are used for new and fun flavors, and Shark Week tea is a favorite. The atmosphere is cozy with a nice vibe, and the coffee shop and bookstore compliment each other well. The book selection is thinner than expected but solid, with prices that are out of this world inexpensive and very reasonable. The baked goods include peanut butter cookies. The staff are super friendly, and the owners are amazing. It is definitely a place worth supporting and is known as one of the coziest spots in Cleveland.
