This is my favorite Starbucks location around Cleveland. I visit this location 3-4 times per week therefore I am a very frequent customer. The staff are always great and friendly and helpful. I am super picky about how my drinks are prepared but they seem to nail it about 90% of the time which is pretty good considering some Starbucks locations don't know what they're doing and often mess up orders. If something isn't prepared the way I want, they'll gladly remake it without hesitation...read full review
I like the friendliest of the staff and fast service. I just wish we can sit inside like we use to my friends and I don"t have no other place to go. Please open the inside dining area

I ordered a random drink and stated I've been having a bad week, the Barista took it on themselves to be supportive and kind and make not only a delicious drink but also want the extra stuff just to make sure I felt better I'm not usually one to make reviews but I definitely appreciate the effort when times are hard
