“Well color me dumb, I ordered a medium iced Mocha. Turns out I'm blind and it was a med iced matcha, too embarrassed to reorder I asked the cashier to describe it and after tast ing it it is hard to describe. I love it, yet can't seem to describe it. I feel bad for putting the Cashier in the spot because again I've tasted it and can't describe it. Sorry maam, it is very good, just wish I had the vocabulary to describe it.“

They were both so kind, pleasant and patient while my daughter was having an indecisive episode of what flavor of ice cream she wanted. “We love this place! The donuts are seriously the cutest, and the size is perfect for kids, just enough to feel like a treat without a sugar overload. My kids get so excited every Sunday after church, and moments like this (staring at all the options trying to pick just one) are the best. The employees are so sweet too, always kind and friendly with the kids, which makes it even more special. Such a fun little tradition for our family!“

“Awesome little donut shop! The lady behind the counter (Who I believe was the owner) gave my sister and I each a free cinnamon sugar donut to try while we debated what kind of donuts we wanted. The donuts are all the same mix, and they too the donuts with whatever frostings and toppings in front of you. Ending up paying about $20 for a dozen. Highly recommend if you want some nice small donuts and you're by the Cleveland area :)“

“Bigmouth Donut Co. has amazing donuts in terms of flavor and variety, but what really makes it special is the space they have designed. You can get the comfort of a living room with the couch and leather chair or you can sit at low- or high-top tables if you want the coffee shop vibe (they have free Wifi for guests). Kelly the owner is so friendly and takes time to get to know customers. The atmosphere is really inviting and comfortable and you can often find yourself striking up a conversation with other customers, the staff, and the owner. They have created a real sense of community here. You may find prices more expensive than what you pay at a chain shop, but remember you're paying for quality product that a chain donut shop can't compete with. You are getting REAL quality donuts with REAL ingredients (amazing fruit fillings that they do not skimp on). I personally find that donuts from chains often have a chemical or artificial taste to them - not Bigmouth donuts - they are made fresh and you can taste the genuine quality of the ingredients. A fun addition to the coffee is the house-made sweet cream which is fantastic. Our favorite donut shop and Rocky River hangout.“

“Fair warning, don't try Mrs Scott's sweets, unless you are willing to drive back there on a regular basis. Once you try it, you will definitely come back for more! My favorite, is the "Death by chocolate" cupcakes. I have died many deaths, and keep coming back for more!“

“I'm currently here as I write this because I wanted a snack while on my way home. This was my first time inside a Krispy Kreme store, and I just love the cozy, classic diner-like atmosphere. “Just went through the drive thru, there was a woman with glasses who served me and let me tell you I wish I had gotten her name. She was the kindest person I’ve came across in a while, I haven’t stopped smiling since I drove off. The way you treat people truly matters I would go here every day if I got her. And if you know who I’m talking about give that woman a raise!! She was amazing thank you so much she made my entire day it took me forever to decide to get off my couch and I’m so glad I did also my coffee tastes great :) no complaints here. Thank you!“

And they always remember my order right when they see my car pull up to the speaker. I don't even have to tell them whet I want. Great gals with great personality!!
