“The orders are most of the time accurate and prompt, particularly with the mobile orders. It is somehow less so for orders in-store. It is somewhat a hassle at peak hours with all the drive-thru clients and would block up Royalton Rd and that's rather annoying.“
“Service was amazing. Love the glazed chocolate cake. I used to be a baker 40ish years ago and glazed chocolate cake was always my favorite. It was best right off the glazing table. Warm chocolate cake with a very thin layer of warm glaze. Yum.“
“I came for the pizza and left with pizza and a dozen and a half of donuts. My friend and I were not gonna walk in but we were waiting for the pizza. Glad we did, these are some of the best donuts ever! Like I said I got a dozen and a half and every donut I have eaten has been fantastic! I am not one for the jelly filled donuts but these ones hit the spot and that blueberry donut, make sure you get one of those. You will love it your kids will love it, it will become a family tradition to come get these donuts if it isn’t already!“
“Nice little mom & pop doughnut shoppe. They have a nice variety of doughnuts as well as other pastries like brownies and such. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you are in the Hinckley area and looking for doughnuts and coffee, you won't go wrong coming here.“
“Their service is great! Their food is great! It does get a little irritating when you have places to be and the people in front of you are ordering multiple dozens though. But that's not on the business. They have call a head ordering for those reasons though.“
“I stopped here before work one morning and I’m glad I did. I got the jelly filled donut (iced) and a blueberry cake donut and they were fresh and delicious. The donuts were soft and sweet but not overpowering. They have a drive thru option which was very convenient for me. The staff were very polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.“
“Their slices of cake with their AMAZING buttercream frosting don't even have words to describe it. It could very well be my favorite dessert ever. The staff is so friendly and it's just awesomely old school inside. There's even a tiny little deli and they will custom build your sandwich on the delicious house made bread. I'm devoted!“
“Love spudnuts! Yes they do run out of donuts and they are pricier than Dunkin. The fancy donut place in Cleveland Brew Nuts has 12 varieties. Four are priced at $3 and the other 8 at $4. Costing well over $30 a dozen. A donut is a treat for me not a food group. So I do not mind paying a little extra for a good donut.“

Started going last year 2021 and been there alot so far this summer lol. I think he knows my van by now ?. But kids love it too . Always ask to go . “Fun ‘groovy’ atmosphere. No wait for service. The donutella (worker) was friendly and welcoming, thoroughly explaining the donuts and menu. There is a small table and chairs for children.I was excited to try, expecting the cinnamon and sugar mini fair donuts. They do have the same machine but the donuts must have been made ahead of time because they were cold. I am going to heat the rest of them up(sampled one in the parking lot). Personally prefer hot donuts. I would have been glad to wait and to their credit I didn’t ask for hot donuts.The example donuts were not appetizing, looked like they had been made last year.Kid-friendliness: Would be a fun kid activity!“
“Nothing beats a warm Krispy Kreme donut fresh out of the oven. Yum!A special shout out to the two girls working the counter on 2/17/24 at 5:30pm. These two definitely went above and beyond with their service. I was so pleased I asked where their tip jar was. Their reply was “we don’t have one”. I told them I wanted to leave them a tip to which they replied “we aren’t allowed to accept tips”.So unusual in this day and age where most places prominently display a tip jar at the register. And many credit card machines try to coerce you into tipping.While the Akron Krispy Kreme is closer to me I drive out of my way to come here. This place is so much cleaner & inviting. Plus the staff is much more helpful.?????“
“It's good that they are only open on Fridays and weekends. I'd be 600lbs otherwise. Hard to drive by without stopping for a delicious treat on my way to work. Good old-fashioned homemade donuts. They seem much less processed than the grocery stores or gas station donuts. Well worth $1.50 each.“
“I wish we lived closer!We're donut fanatics and can say these were top notch. Just finished off a cherry cake that was so delicious. Glazed and jelly filled also a hit. Looks like we'll be taking the drive from Canton again soon.“
