first time back in over 20 yrs and the staff were very nice and helpful. the frozen mocha latte was FABULOUS and I dont do cold coffee.
The only reason I became a caffeine person. Thanks Dunkin @middleburg heights. Great team ♥️
I had an issue with a previous order. The manager himself called me twice to ensure it was resolved. They provided excellent, prompt and detailed customer service
