The Chipotle on Pearl Rd in Middleburg Heights is by far the Best! The food was fresh and delicious and perfectly prepared. But the best part was the excellent customer service from Charmay!!! 7-28-23
I went into chipotle this afternoon for a bowl. Ive recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. I politely asked the associate if he would change his gloves for me. Usually I get a look of pure annoyance , but instead he not only got new gloves he thoroughly washed his hands. As I went down the line with my order and got to the second associate by the veggies- he also changed his gloves and even got me fresh containers of the salsa and lettuce so he wasn’t using the ones on...read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill is known for its generous portions and consistency, although some recent reviews mention smaller portions for higher prices. This is a very convenient clean location for traveling. The service is good and very fast, plus the restaurant is very clean. The food is tasty and the portion sizes are very good. Friendly staff provide good service, though the process can be slow when one person makes the entire meal.
