The friendly employees and the clean area
Dunkin donut was conveniently located next to my mechanic - and I was able to deliciously kill time while my car was serviced!
Service is stellar at this location! I am a regular customer. I have visited both in-house and through the Drive-thru at different times of the day and week and I have never been disappointed in the service or food.

The Dunkin' on Ridge Road is known for its efficient drive-thru service and great customer service. The friendly and fast-working staff ensure that customers' coffee orders are consistently accurate, and they always greet customers with a smile. Customers can get their favorite coffee drink, Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, perfectly made every time. This Dunkin' Donuts has a great selection of donuts, including Vanilla Sprinkled, strawberry Sprinkled, and Chocolate sprinkled donuts. The staff provide upmost AMAZING, STUPENDOUS, INCREDIBLE service. While the restaurant no longer offers "Dunckachinos," it is still praised for its delicious ice cream. Customers appreciate the quick service and wish they could tip the staff on their cards for the amazing service they provide. However, there have been issues with the amount of cream in coffee and receiving caffeinated instead of decaf.
