“Very clean, nice location . Horrible parking, too close to maneuver. The young adults behind the register are AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, they all were so nice. Smiles, greetings, you can't teach courtesy with all the phones today. These kids need raises!!!! Lucky management!!!Parking: Not enough parking spaces. Too close to the gas pumps, especially if someone is pumping gas. Very congested. No bathroom at the joining gas station!!!!! Your employees were so gracious and let me know you offer travelers a bathroom. I thanked her and left with my doughnuts and coffee. Excellent!!! We're from a village in Ohio and not real familiar with this area. People really appreciate a nice clean bathroom .“
“We always go here after my husband's appointments at Western Reserve Hospital. The coffee is good.I got a glazed coffee rolls, he got a sausage, egg, cheese croissant.Donuts are always very good, and my husband likes the croissant a lot.“
“I was out of town and stopped in for a midnight coffee. The place is difficult to get too it is off the main road in an off road group of restaurants. Service was fast coffee hot. I don’t go inside so atmosphere is always 1 if I don’t experience it.“
“Y’all get your self a chocolate Kreme donut from north hill donuts. It is filled to the gods with luscious chocolate crème. Doesn’t even compare to any donut I’ve ever had. Better than Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, everything. This man is a legend.“
“Hands down, these are some of the best donuts you will ever eat! Pro tip: they WILL run out of donuts, so call the night before to place an order if you know ow which donuts you would like. You can't go wrong with a powdered or maple cream-filled, and their glazed donuts are the perfect combination of soft, airy dough with a slight crunch on the edges! These donuts are the decadent, delicious treat that every other donut should strive to be.“
“Let me say I know nothing about their coffee. It's not what kept me sending the man of the house back... it was their delicious individually wrapped brownies. I'd make him buy four at a time while he got himself a coffee. The girls KNEW ? Every single morsel was like bitting into an edge piece. Chocolate gooey goodness.“
“Family and I tried this diner a little over a year ago when we moved to stow we have been going ever since. Food has been great every time. Service is always great. I worked and managed a restaurant for 10+ years it is not easy to keep everyone happy I wouldn't pay any of the negative reviews any attention they do a great job here and have forever earned our business! Keep up thr great workKid-friendliness: Staff very friendly great people“
“These doughnuts are a must try, and you will need multiple visits to get through them all due to 80+ pre-designed flavor combinations. The atmosphere is welcoming, quaint, and retro psychedelic reminiscent of the stereotypical late 60s hippie vibe, which is done well. The only downside is ordering, as they are assembled to order, which slows the process. A simple check box sheet to order with would make the experience seam faster for the customer, so they do not feel as if they are holding the other up.Vegetarian options: Dessert and breakfast style doughnuts with many choices.“
“Since 1947- this place is amazing! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere delicious sweet treats. We had a croissant style donut with white cream and a cinnamon roll- very fresh and delicious. Decaf coffee was fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was from a dispenser but was hot and tasty, topped with whipped cream. There were several “locals” that welcomed us in to their conversation and made us feel like we belonged- wife is a native but they also welcomed my Southern self. We ate in at a vintage counter with stools, maybe not from ‘47 but a vintage welcoming counter. Would definitely stop in for a treat.Kid-friendliness: Would be a great place to take the kids or grandkids for a treat“
“I was a little disappointed at this one compared to the one on Talmadge circle. I was surprised the selection was less than the other one, they seemed to be out of a lot even for 10am. The donuts were tasty, but my apple fritter still had unbaked doughy bits and was ice cold, I ended up not finishing it. I'd still pick this over a dunkin, but would much rather go to the one in Talmadge.I like the interior, the seating is nice.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place to bring your family and young ones.“
