“I've lived in the North Canton area and around the corner for 5 years now and finally decided to check it out. Customer service was fantastic, very kind and pleasant ladies this morning! And the recommendation for the breakfast sandwich on a croissant was spot on! Will definitely be back!“

“Mary Ann Donuts makes me forget about all of my problems in life, well most of them, still in debt but like besides that. Their donuts are superb, pairing ever so brilliantly with their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They use real eggs, which in a world of fake finding a real egg is like winning the lottery, small lottery for $100 or so but still really nice. The employees at the Columbus road location in Canton are lovely. They remind me of my Grandma, carefully crafting every order I place before them. Angels on Earth. 5 out of 5 would recommend“

“We attended the grand reopening today on 3/15 and it was a wonderful experience! The service was quick, polite and answered any questions I had! The donuts were delicious and the good 2 grow character juice bottles were a perfect choice for my 3 kiddos! We will definitely be back soon!“

“New to the area, I was looking for a better donut place than Dunkin, I purchased a half dozen donuts a couple cake and four cream filled and when I got home with the donuts I was very disappointed in the quality the cream filled ones tasted like day old donuts they were not fresh! having paid $12.54 for a half a dozen donuts I expected they would be better quality! I won't be back!“

Their tone is bitter, the faces they make when putting in an order is not necessary, the way they speak to customers over the phone is with attitude, annoyance and unprofessional. I believe if they changed the staff this place would benefit in a lot of ways.“

“Place was clean, no waiting. You did have your assortment of syrups, and coffee choices, and of course donuts. It was a nice experience if you have the time; it is a self-serve location at a truck stop, if you're in a rush go to a location with a drive thru.“

“Absolutely LOVE the staff and management at this store. All the girls are always smiling and bubbly when my son and i come in. This is by far one of my FAVORITE dunkin locations. Only ever had one bad experience there and that was at the fault of another customer who was in the drive thru and was completely rude. She made a mobile order AND made an order at the drive thru as well and was upset that she had to wait for her drive thru order to be completed which apparently took to long, so she drove off only to return and blame the young girls for her own ignorance. These young ladies work their butts off for pennies they deserve better treatment and more respect than that. Overall this location is amazing“

“This location is awesome. We just went through and the young lady who gave us our food and drinks was so delightful! She was very friendly and happy and she gave our dog a pup cup. Definitely don't see this kind of service everywhere anymore. I wish we knew her name to give her a special shout out!“
