“The girl who handles drive-thru orders most often on night shift, Carla, is INCREDIBLE at her job! I live in Akron and work graveyard shift in Tallmadge. I made the commute to this Dunkin once because the 24-hour Dunkin in Akron was having a LOT of problems with their equipment and Carla was the team member who helped me. I have *never* stopped coming to this Dunkin since that because her service is just *chef's kiss*. She is upbeat, friendly, she was helpful when the menu changed for the season and I didn't know about new products. I absolutely love going here & interacting with her. 10/10 would promote this woman. If she isn't already a manager, she sure should be.“

“Mary Ann Donuts makes me forget about all of my problems in life, well most of them, still in debt but like besides that. Their donuts are superb, pairing ever so brilliantly with their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They use real eggs, which in a world of fake finding a real egg is like winning the lottery, small lottery for $100 or so but still really nice. The employees at the Columbus road location in Canton are lovely. They remind me of my Grandma, carefully crafting every order I place before them. Angels on Earth. 5 out of 5 would recommend“

“New to the area, I was looking for a better donut place than Dunkin, I purchased a half dozen donuts a couple cake and four cream filled and when I got home with the donuts I was very disappointed in the quality the cream filled ones tasted like day old donuts they were not fresh! having paid $12.54 for a half a dozen donuts I expected they would be better quality! I won't be back!“

“Stopped in for Paczki this week .. Absolutely stuffed with goodness. We had pistachio, apple, buttercream, and custard...Wow! All was very good and fresh. Johnnie's is a diamond in the rough of Canton. Stop in and ask for Sandy; she's a gem !! A++++“

“I enjoy the food, however, the staff is rude. Their tone is bitter, the faces they make when putting in an order is not necessary, the way they speak to customers over the phone is with attitude, annoyance and unprofessional. I believe if they changed the staff this place would benefit in a lot of ways.“

Sometimes I wake up tired or a lil’ grumpy & then I go through the drive thru & they instantly change my mood! Keep up the great work & customer service the combo of espresso & friendliness in the morning gives me life 🖤“

“Whoever was working tonight 5/6 around 10:50-11:15 pm was amazing! Awesome service despite slow POS systems, the food was great! Both had amazing attitudes and it was overall a pleasant late night run to Dunkin for the fam! 💗☕“

“We attended the grand reopening today on 3/15 and it was a wonderful experience! The service was quick, polite and answered any questions I had! The donuts were delicious and the good 2 grow character juice bottles were a perfect choice for my 3 kiddos! We will definitely be back soon!“
