This is the worst DD I have ever been to. 30 minutes in line for a drink and 2 donuts... AWFUL and UNACCEPTABLE. They hand me the drink and weren't even going to give me the rest of the order. When I said something about the rest of my order and being in line waiting for 30 minutes they just rolled their eyes. Customer Service is seriously lacking...
Everyone is always so nice when i stop in the drive through, but this is the second time I've had a muffin that was raw in the middle. The first time made me sick for two days, luckily I checked this time and sure enough, raw, so I threw it away.
The wraps tasted like dish soap was cold

However, service is really slow every time and customers at the cash register are sometimes ignored for minutes at a time. There have been complaints about mobile orders not being ready on time. Despite some hiccups, Dunkin' remains a go-to spot for those seeking a quick and tasty coffee fix and a sausage egg and cheese croissant that hits the spot.
