Not one staff member smiled the entire timee, roughly 8 people working. The manager needs to be the one with better energy. Drivethru didn't know they sold a box of Joe, so i had to go in. Then saw the manager with a drive thru headset on. Not impressed at all!! Better customer service and it would be a 4 star.
The place was very clean. The service was not only friendly, but fast. The doughnut was very fresh. The young lady told me to have a good day. Couldn't be better.
Just passed through and got some food/coffee here. Donuts were SUPER fresh and fluffy. Coffee was good 👍

Dunkin' offers wonderful service with kind and prompt staff. Customers have praised the Ashland Ohio location for its perfect consistency and spot-on coffees. The staff is incredible, providing hot chocolate for the City of Green’s tree lighting ceremony with every single staff member having a huge smile on their face. If you don’t ask for napkins you’re not getting any. Donut holes were tasty but just thrown in a bag. At this location, every single time, the latte tastes like old coffee and is more expensive. The service is always great, its the taste that isn't quite right. Many wish for the return of the black pepper bacon.
