The service is wonderful. The people working the window are always kind and prompt. The coffee is rarely good, but I think that’s just Dunkin’s recipes. I recently got the pink velvet latte, and while it was pretty it just tasted like coffee and sugar.
I’ve frequented Dunkin from Michigan to Columbus Ohio with my favorite being the Dunkin in Ashland Ohio. This order has been the best I’ve received in this area in a good year. The consistency was perfect. The coffees were spot on perfection!!!! Whoever the sweet young lady was who took order #6271 @ 11:50pm I hope all your hard work pays off. I frequent this location often and hope to greet you next time with a tip. Thank you so much

Worst dunkin ever. They weren’t very busy and it still took 20 minutes for me to get my mobile order. I only had 2 basic iced coffees and they ended up not even being made right. Not the first time it’s happened.
