About Arby's

Arby's offers a varied dining experience with friendly and efficient staff, including Garrett who is praised for being amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable, and Shelley for being sweet. Customers found the staff polite, kind, and understanding, going above and beyond. While some experienced issues like excessive sauce or smaller portions of fries and drinks, others enjoyed affordable "Happy Hour" deals with sliders, fries, and shakes for $1-$2. The buffalo chicken slider and mozzarella sticks were highlighted for their taste and freshness, with curly fries and cheese sauce receiving mixed reviews. The food is excellent, and the customer service is above par, making it a good place for a satisfying and budget-friendly meal.
