This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in the history of my life, and I live down the street from it, which is very upsetting. Obviously there’s a serious issue with management not being able to staff the store. In addition, the pricing has drastically changed in the last month. A 499 Gyro is now 799. I love Arby’s food, but I hate this location and whoever runs it. I can’t imagine that they’re an involved franchisee. I feel like I know more about this store than the owner does

This Arby’s is terrible. The manager is so unprofessional and they are always out of main food items….. like fries, milkshakes, roast beef. Very poorly managed. I feel bad for the teenagers working

NO FRIES! How is fast food place out of fries of all kind?? Charged me more than was on board. Oh sorry system updated today. Ok but your menu board states a different price. Sorry I can't change it in register. And manager states, I didn't get a chance to update menu board. Then I ask for receipt.. sorry our printer is broke. This is unacceptable! Never again Arby's!!

Absolute worst Arby's on the planet. Place should be shut down. I have been there multiple time mes hoping stuff would change. Shame on me. I had to go back in three times because we ate in the car. They had entire order wrong. Yet we were only ones ordering. All the workers could care less. They were all on their phone and were just ignoring us. I can't express enough how bad this place is.

Thank you for the rudest drive through experience your Arby’s has ever done. And get home to find you also messed up my order. I paid for a double roast beef meal after a long busy day and starving. On the speaker the girl was rude but I over looked it. I ordered at 9:10 pm. The only car in front of me was already waiting for their food at the pick up window. Finally I make it to the window, speak to the girl who ignores me. Then as she walks away from the window that she has left open she yells to her coworkers “why are all these people coming to Arby’s right now? You locked the door didn’t you?”1. You are open until 10pm with a huge sign that says dining room open until 10 pm. Don’t treat customers like garbage because you are mad at 9:20pm and you still don’t close for another 40 min. I looked at the time because we were already waiting too long. We finally pulled away from the window at 930. Bag appeared normal. Got home to see I was overcharged because I was charged for what I ordered but given a single not a double sandwich and my fries barely half way full. My husband at least got most of his fries and his meal.2. Don’t complain about customers when you can’t even do a good job at your job to begin with. This girl should be back on the friers away from the public and promote the fryer who was visible but not heard and already nicer than the girl running the window. Thank you for shorting me my full meal causing me to be overcharged and for letting us know that you expect customers to stop coming at least 40 min before closing. Get another job kid…there are plenty of other people who have have better manners, professionalism and skill than her that could be the face of the Arby’s when customers arrive. If you don’t want to work past 9pm don’t work somewhere that closes the dining room at 10.

This is the second time we’ve tried this Arby’s and been totally unhappy with the experience, or should I say lack of. We sat in a drive up line for over 15 minutes and it never moved. At least 6 cars ahead of us. We left, as did many people behind us. The last time we tried this Arbys, we got up to the window and were told they were out of roast beef…it’s a roast beef restaurant! It was only 5 pm. Won’t go back again. Saw several other bad reviews. Management needs to take note. I’m sure lack of staff is an issue, but the Arby’s in north canton is far superior in quality of food and service.
