This place is the best McDonald's I've been too. Manager hired the right people. Rarely they get orders wrong. And if the do, they correct it without complaining. Also, manager actually works on the line with their employees. Leads by example that's for sure.
Over the past few years all McDonalds stores are relying on their kiosks to service their customers. In doing so their is no longer good customer service. You can stand @ the front counter ( I have ) and you are ignored. You have to lean over the counter and yell out to try to get someone's attention. It dose not help that they now have these large walls seperating the customer and workers!
