Usually I have a good experience at this Starbucks. I typically order ahead with no problem. However, yesterday I ordered ahead, got there and waited till the time it should have been ready via the app and it took another 10 minutes after that without anyone greeting me or asking me the name for my order which was probably easy to see because nobody else was bringing in personal cups. Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location with friendly people. The inside is a bit small, but there is some seating and a nice patio outside. This location has the best people, best service, and best quality drinks. The baristas are pleasant and kind, and they make drinks correctly every time. The drive-through is usually busy, but the service is fast and efficient. The staff is consistently kind and professional. Customers can order ahead online and pick up their drinks and food, such as sandwiches, which are hot, fresh, and delicious. The interior is spotless, and the atmosphere is happy and inviting. This location is highly recommended for its excellent customer service and consistent quality.
