I have gone to this location 2 times in the past 3 years. Both times I've gone they didn't have the food I ordered on the app available and no way to refund me because they don't have a manager in the afternoons. So I contact customer service and nobody ever gets back with me. This store has basically stolen money from me. I should have known better than to go back to this location! BEWARE
the lady with short black hair and glasses that was working at the window at 1:45pm 9/5/23 is rude. I live in the middle of 3 different DD. This is THE ONLY one I go to because the other ones are either rude or mess up my order consistently. The employees here are always nice and courteous and I have never gotten the wrong or bad order. It is also the cleanest one.
