I sadly do not know his name but he was working the drive thru window on Wednesday 12/23. I also visited this location a few weeks before & the same guy was working the window. Young, dark hair & VERY friendly! His customer service skills are excellent, he was quick & even the second time my drink was iced & not hot he quickly made it right. This location is in such a central location it's always busy so they get plenty of customer interaction.. Which may make you think they have good customer service, there is no smiles, no friendliness or politeness. Management should really take a look at how their employee morale is because these workers do not seem happy and that trickles down from management - if your workers are happy they produce better service.

Avocado toast is amazing and the latte’s are always delicious the cold foam is never watery and the presentation is always great

However, the staff is attentive and willing to make things right, as demonstrated by an employee's efforts to correct a customer's disappointing blueberry iced latte. This Dunkin' location is in a convenient spot for morning commuters to get in and out quickly. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt. While the drinks are generally well-made, the doughnuts can sometimes taste stale, especially early in the morning. Overall, Dunkin' provides a reliable and efficient option for coffee and light fare.
