Almost every single time I put a mobile order through nine times out of 10 I order a milkshake and nine times out of 10 they don’t have milkshakes available even though the app said it did and charged me for it. The last four times this has happened. they refused to reimburse me and tell me to go through the app even though the app does not do refunds and I explain to them every single time I’ve ever had this happen.
