Went there on 5/22/25 10 am. Drive thru claimed they had no donuts, no hash browns, no munchkins etc etc. this was after I placed my order and went to pick up window.

I ordered for walking pickup with egg noodles chz croissant with white cheddar instead. Got american though again. I used come here alot but not so much anymore due to lack of customer service and keep not getting what I order. I work in food service and completely understand how hard it is but when I am consistently getting the same issue I start to question about spending money at the restaurant.
Dunkin' offers a cozy and cute vibe with quick service. The staff is friendly, especially Ashley and Alyssa, who are always smiling and make the experience pleasant. However, some team members could improve their customer service skills, as a few have been described as rude. Despite occasional issues like missing icing on donuts or cold wraps, the overall experience remains positive. Customers appreciate that the team consistently delivers good quality, and if mistakes happen, they are corrected promptly. The outdoor area might need some attention, but the drive-through staff is welcoming. For many, this location is the best Dunkin', with a helpful manager and a hardworking crew. Delivery drivers also find it easy to navigate, especially when customers show appreciation with tips.
