“Nice people, tiny donuts, with a bunch of very tasty toppings and combinations. We don't go as much as I wish we could, but it is quite fun and a kid or crowd pleaser. Very tiny interior space, so it's more of get it and enjoy it elsewhere, but so worth it.“
“I don't know if any managers or other employees read these reviews but please congratulate whoever made me a blueberry cobbler iced coffee around 9:30 pm on Friday August 11th for making the best dunkin coffee I've ever had. I got one the day before at another dunkin and it was so bad I had to throw it away but they never fail me at the Wales location. Thank you late night dunkin employees for your service you guys deserve a raise on behalf of all of us who work late and need coffee at night “
“Went in here to get a couple coffees and the lobby area was honestly every bit of 80 degrees. It influenced us both to get frozen coffees because we were melting in there but definitely needed some AC on that day. The table we sat at was below a vent and you could feel it pushing hot air out. It was hotter in there than it was outside on a 70 degree sunny day!“
“Sometimes my coffee isn't right. If I catch it at the window they'll remake right then and there. Had problems with one employee who claimed it's made the same everytime resulting in the same outcome. Brought it to management agreed with me and addressed her.I don't believe in customers always right but I have a scale in which my coffee should tasted“

“As a kid growing up in Canton, Ohio dad would always stop at Johnnies on the way to church (they used to be open on Sun back then). Since I have been living in California since 1982 there isn't any bakery better than Johnnie's. When I'm in town I always have to go get donuts and cookies from there. In 2018 I was home for my dad's 80th birthday and ordered his cake from there and it was hands down better than any other cake I have ever had. When I was home in 2022 I was going to be flying out early in the morning and wanted to bring some crullers home to California for some of my friends to try and went in the day before because they weren't going to be open when I had to leave for the airport and the gal behind the counter packaged them up each one wrapped in a wax paper to help keep them somewhat as fresh as possible. My friends who got to try them loved them! I will be going home at the end of Dec because my dad turns 85 this year and I will be hitting up Johnnie's to bring back some crullers to California. Every time my brother and I are home at the same time he always goes to Johnnie's and brings back a dozen of the crullers for the family for breakfast. We will probably fighting over to see who is going to get them this Dec when we are both home. They have been in the same building since I was kid, so to most people it doesn't look that great. I'm 60 years old and have been going there since I was a kid. Then moving to California I really have missed being able to go there all the time for donuts, cookies and cakes.“
“I will say, adding sugar to iced coffee wasn't the greatest thing to do (it was my idea though), but it was good. I tried one of their maple bacon filled donuts, it was really good, they don't let their donuts get stale like Walmart or giant eagle. Their employees were nice as well both times I've been there.“
