Absolutely LOVE the staff and management at this store. All the girls are always smiling and bubbly when my son and i come in. This is by far one of my FAVORITE dunkin locations. Only ever had one bad experience there and that was at the fault of another customer who was in the drive thru and was completely rude. She made a mobile order AND made an order at the drive thru as well and was upset that she had to wait for her drive thru order to be completed which apparently took...read full review
I have used the app, the drive through and gone inside several times. My drinks and food have always been correct and delicious! The staff have always been kind and courteous! This location is better than some of the others I have been to so I definitely will be returning!

When going through drive thru always have to repeat yourself. Orders always getting confused. And donuts stuck together with no paper between them. They put heavy object on top of donuts. And almost all the rime have to ask for napkins.
