“I have been going here for at least 10+ years. The new location looks great. This is a wonderful stop for shopping local on loose leaf teas. Owner and staff are prompt, helpful, and pleasant. I love my new tea set and grabbed some samples while I was in there. Almond black is to die for.“

“Taggarts is a good old fashioned Ice Cream establishment...and it is FANTASTIC! They also have excellent food on their restaurant menu. The homemade texture and QUALITY of Taggarts ice cream is a Canton and Stark County mainstay. Pure quality. There is no substitute.Parking: Parking is limited to on street parking. Not ideal but also very doable. Regardless, Taggarts is worth the trip!“

“The service was beyond fabulous Meranda was a top notch host she was helpful thoughtful..n dealt with all concerns swiftly she was approachable understanding and very self aware of her timing .. both bar tenders were great... unfortunately didn't catch their names but so nice and happy to explain drink options we all drove a long ways to meet with friends so this was a pleasant end“
“What a fantastic spot! I had never been to Shale Craft Coffee and was happy to see a small parking lot. Easy to pull in and out of and there is also a drive-thru!I went inside and the space is wonderful, it makes me wish I lived closer so I could work from the shop! The two girls working behind the corner were super friendly and great at what they did. They, despite being busy, delivered fantastic service. And coffee!I was having a hard time deciding what flavor to get and the girl that took my order made me feel so reassured, it's really the little things that make an experience at a new place memorableI ordered a large cold brew with oat milk, an extra shot of espresso, and sugar-free brown sugar cinnamon syrup and it was awesome! Great prices and I will definitely be back many times in the future!“
“An absolutely delightful atmosphere for both family as well as friends. I often see Gabe the most and he's a superb employee. It's evident that employees here are trained properly as I first met him during only his 1st or 2nd day, and I had the impression he's been here for a few years.Dietary restrictions: I have a coworker who's allergic to nuts, which some of the drinks do contain, and the staff was so friendly and patient to reccomend items that wouldn't affect my colleague.“
“I ordered a drink to deliver to a friend and the drive thru line went extremely quickly, but most importantly the employee at the window was very personable and efficient! As a corner lot property it's suited more for drivethru service, but there are a few spots for you to park and go inside.“

“First time here! I got the Hot caramel cider with a warmed up cinnamon roll☕️The caramel syrup on the whipped cream was to die for. It tasted homemade and completely unique. The cinnamon roll was chewy and warm. I will for sure be back to try there extensive tea selection!“

“I will say, adding sugar to iced coffee wasn't the greatest thing to do (it was my idea though), but it was good. I tried one of their maple bacon filled donuts, it was really good, they don't let their donuts get stale like Walmart or giant eagle. Their employees were nice as well both times I've been there.“

“I was in town for Pro Football Hall of Fame induction weekend. I looked up Downtown Canton's website for restaurants and I decided to give this restaurant a try on a Saturday evening. I enjoyed the service; the owner was welcoming, the bartenders were friendly plus Chloe, one of the bartenders, always checked in to make that I was having good experience. I really liked the Purple Rain cocktail even though I'm not a big consumer of alcohol. I also enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan wings (wished I would've ordered more to take back to my hotel lol). As good as the mac n' cheese was; I wished it was served in a bowl or on a small saucer instead of a plastic container. I would patronize this place when I come back to Canton again.“
“First time at Biggby Coffee this morning :) Tried the dark roast - 24oz! Here’s what stands out: Great drip coffee! Super engaging staff. Pretty nice atmosphere (a six 2-seat tables, four “comfy” type chairs). Great for a 1-on-1 conversation of a space for yourself. Not the best fit for a group larger than four people. All-in-all: a solid addition to Canton coffee offerings. Give ‘em a try ?“

“Got seated right away, that's where the speed stopped. We were not approached for close to 10 minutes, we were about to leave. When our server arrived, we had questions because we had never been before. He could not answer, nor did he want to go and find out. So we just ordered, we had places to be. Had to ask for coffee 3 times, because he never checked on us. The food was quite pricey for what you got. I'm sure we won't go back. With so many places to choose from. Thanks, but no thanks!“

Coffee should be maybe brewed differently, for some reason it tasted burnt. Amid the stigma surrounding myself, still service with a smile.“

“Our server was great bless her heart. Our food, and ambience were also top level in an intimate setting. The only reason I can rate 5* was the 1 1/2 hour wait for our order after it was placed. They comp us 2 free deserts though and our waitress really was fantastic.“
