“Food was fresh. Given wrong size drink had to ask for it to be fixed. Forgot straw I had to ask for one. But the woman working the window was cool and handled the mistakes well so that made all the difference for me. I don't even like McDonald's honestly but she made it 4 star.“

“Carpe Diem Coffee Shop was a nice stop before heading to the nearby National First Ladies Museum. It’s a cute, quaint spot with its own personality—an upside-down Christmas tree and a giant light-up snowman inside gave it a fun, cozy vibe. The seating was comfortable too, with sofas and tables that made it a great place to relax for a bit.

The barista was very kind and welcoming, which always adds to the experience. I ordered the Fifty/Fifty, which is half coffee and half hot chocolate—a unique and comforting combo. It came with a choice of milk and whipped cream for only $4, and I say “only” because so many places overcharge these days. It felt like a really good value.“

“My friend heard about this place so we figured we would give it a try. Been so cold lately that we didn't want to venture out but we wanted to dine in somewhere and we thought today was the perfect time. Got to the restaurant slightly before 7pm and had a nice parking spot right in front. No one was dining in when we arrived. The owner's cousin helping out in the front of the house was very friendly and let us know a couple items were sold out. We looked at the rest of the menu and ordered a chopped Italian and Italian beef hoagie. We also order a mushroom and onion pizza. The hoagies came out first. We each had half of the Italian beef and with the jus on the side it was heaven. The bread used for the hoagies had just the right chew. Next we tried the chopped Italian and it was light and delicious. We now knew why everyone was upset when it was missing from the menu for a short duration. My first time trying Detroit style pizza and I can honestly say the crust was excellent and the toppings were flavorful but didn't make the crust soggy at all. Going to definitely be back and will try the Italian beef pizza with hot honey per the suggestion we got.“

“Had a awesome barista today that showed all the awesome kinds of local made tea. went with the Darjeeling because it reminded me of one of my favorite movies The Darjeeling Limited. Yes I could've got a $1 large iced tea from McDonald's but I greatly paid $4 for my tea and tipped my barista to help support small business! Hopefully this helps influence others to help support small business and declare their independence from corporations.“

“Absolutely LOVE the staff and management at this store. All the girls are always smiling and bubbly when my son and i come in. This is by far one of my FAVORITE dunkin locations. Only ever had one bad experience there and that was at the fault of another customer who was in the drive thru and was completely rude. She made a mobile order AND made an order at the drive thru as well and was upset that she had to wait for her drive thru order to be completed which apparently took to long, so she drove off only to return and blame the young girls for her own ignorance. These young ladies work their butts off for pennies they deserve better treatment and more respect than that. Overall this location is amazing“

“New to the area, I was looking for a better donut place than Dunkin, I purchased a half dozen donuts a couple cake and four cream filled and when I got home with the donuts I was very disappointed in the quality the cream filled ones tasted like day old donuts they were not fresh! having paid $12.54 for a half a dozen donuts I expected they would be better quality! I won't be back!“

“Let me tell you about my experience with this specific speedway today… my kids and I stopped for a quick stop for the restrooms (very clean) and to switch drivers and keep on moving… well then my car wouldn’t shift into ANY gear… couldn’t move it at all. Several helpful customers stopped to see if they could assist me, to no avail and one suggested the store manager Susan might know of a trustworthy tow company. She came out to meet me, told me to get my kids in the store and out of the heat, suggested seeing if my insurance company had roadside assistance, gave me a big hug, and she and her staff spent the next three plus hours taking care of us. Provided a safe and air conditioned place for us to wait, drinks and snacks for my children, and even cool water for my little dog to drink. God definitely led me to THAT gas station, and had those employees there today. My kids said it was the best day ever 😂. Susan, April, and the restaurant manager Matt went above and beyond today and my family can’t thank them enough.“
