Starbucks is a busy location that handles its crowds with grace and a smile. Despite being short-staffed, employees like Jeremy, Mason, and Gwen deliver excellent service. The outdoor seating area is enjoyable, but the indoor seating could use attention. Some staff members, like the woman at the drive-through, could improve their customer service skills.
