It’s hit or miss at this location
I visit a couple times a week for coffee and most of the time it’s fine, but the rest of the time it can be upwards of a 15 minute wait for a drink and donut. Please stop putting these kids on the drive thru during the busiest hours, or at least have someone there to help them. They never seem to stick around long and are always confused/lost/handing off the wrong things/holding up the works. Dunkin’ is known for their delicious hash browns and fresh doughnuts. The service is great, and the staff is cheerful. The coffee can be hit or miss but can be awesome when made well. The Coventry Plaza location gets busy on weekends, with long drive-thru lines, but the manager, Linda, does a great job. Despite some mishaps like missing cream in drinks or a bagel that was not edible, the staff remains friendly and quick. The restaurant might get busy, but they strive to keep customers satisfied. Customers appreciate the fast service, tasty drinks, and the friendly atmosphere, especially at the drive-thru, which moves quickly even when busy.
