Went to buy a gift card there on Saturday. CRAZY busy!! This is the one in Coventry Plaza. Don't want to ever go again on a weekend. Line for the drive thru a mile long. I ran inside to buy it. Linda the manager does a great job! Too busy for me tho. The staff was friendly and quick too.Keep up the good work!

I had wonderful things to say about this location until recently. Unfortunately, the quality of service and product went downhill within the past few months. I always order the same drink multiple times a week for the past few years at this location. Lately they've been getting it wrong, which is fine. It happens. However, they seemed to have hired a new worker who seems to hate customers. The first time I interacted with her, she made my drink wrong twice. The second time, she poured the hot latte she made over ice and gave it to me with extreme attitude. The third time, I got my order, tasted it, and knew it was wrong. We brought it back in, and with extreme attitude and a nasty glare she said "is there something wrong with it?" I told her yes and explained what was wrong. She walked away and said nothing else. Not sorry or anything. She remade my drink, slammed it down on the counter and walked away. I dumped it out just to be safe, called the location to complain, and wrote this review. I won't be back, can't trust that there won't be spit in my drink.

Wouldn’t take a 50. That’s correct they don’t accept cash now. They argued it’s on the window which is by the checkout window. Didn’t see after waiting in line for 10 minutes. So I was turned away. Don’t worry won’t be back.

Other people have told me about their problems with this location but until recently I didn't have any issues. I went through the drive through for a hot caramel latte, my usual. When it cooled enough to drink it tasted like hot tea with cream. I was to far away to return. I went to the same Dunkin yesterday. I was short on time so I ordered ahead, first time at this location. Went in when I arrived, waited and when people coming in to the counter and ordering were getting their drinks I waited in line to find out where my order was. The lady taking money picked up my cups next to the register, fingers inside the cup (gross). So, not only was my order not ready it took three times longer to get my coffee. No apology, nothing. They had plenty of employees in the store

Not sure how they do it but this location manages to mess up my order 4/5 times. Last two times I have ordered a donut, it has also been face down in the bag so all of the icing got smeared off. My drinks have never been fully filled either. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because their manager, Linda, is very nice and makes sure the order is replaced correctly. Unfortunately, I wish it was fulfilled correctly the first time around so I wouldn't have to keep returning to this location.

Ok i got something different than my usual frozen coffee yesterday, but i will ask...HOW HARD IS IT to make a simple hot mocha coffee??? They always get my frozen coffee right...but whenever I get or ask for just a regular hot mocha coffee (hot coffee with mocha swirl, for some reason the guy working window/headset & glasses gets confused and asks me to repeat my order i dont know how many time, or says "I don't know what you mean" I ordered a hot mocha through the drive thru yesterday, the dude actually said "uhhh I'm sorry what do you mean by that" I explained it to him 3 times. "It's just a hot coffee with mocha"...his response "I still don't know what you mean" I got upset and explained it once more "a hot coffee with mocha" then he said "ok pull around". Just to find out the kid didn't even make/submit the order, I had to explain it to the lady with glasses running window (who had a piss more attitude mind you) like adding a simple hot mocha to my order was inconvenienceing her. The dude with the glasses and headset, it's not the first time he got my order wrong. It's not that hard, it's a simple hot coffee with freaking chocolate syrup....not like I'm asking for something super fancy and custom. Like come on...its getting VERY old, it's like hot chocolate BUT COFFEE!!! Least Starbucks gets it right every time.Parking: Not enough room when the line stretches out to the street
